Escalation log

No Architect escalation was sent on 2026-09-06 — deliberately

The Week 1 milestone was missed, which would normally trigger an escalation to the Architect and Shelby Hundley. It was suppressed, and the reason is on the record:

  • Weekly report #2 of 2026-09-05 already carries it. That report went to John Stewart with the missed-milestone risk and the explicit recommendation to slip 1 October to 8 October or reallocate capacity. It remains unanswered. A second email fifteen hours later would duplicate a message he has not yet acted on.
  • A false escalation has already been sent once on this project. On 2026-09-04 Raj corrected an ABBI status note to John in writing: it “states there had been no acknowledgment from me in two days. That is not accurate.” Escalating non-responsiveness again would repeat that error.
  • Both assignees are responsive. Daily updates were received on 2, 3 and 4 September. Calendars were checked: neither Raj nor Anvita is out of office 2026-09-06 to 2026-09-08.

Escalation levels at Week 1 close

  • Level 1 — overdue, assignee aware, no committed revised date: Snowsight design tokens (AP), dev environments (AP), Next.js project in Gitea (RY), data model (RY).
  • Level 0 — due at the milestone, not yet past it: recover design package (RY), close OBJ-05 D8 (RY), CF Access auth (RY).
  • Level 2 / Architect — none raised. See above.
  • Recorded discrepancy: the escalation record’s summary line says “5 tasks at Level 1” while its own itemised task array carries four. The itemised array is what is rendered here.

Caveats — what the RED status does and does not mean

This is capacity contention, not non-performance

Both assignees have reported daily throughout the week and both have acknowledged their tasks. Neither has gone quiet. What consumed the week was work with a harder deadline than this project:

  • The Keeneland September sale opens 2026-09-14 and 16 of the Architect’s 35 feedback items are live against it.
  • A firm-wide V2 tools outage has been running since 1 September, affecting all 118 active V2 users. Root cause is the V2 gateway auth backend, and the fix is itself blocked by a relay defect. A seven-agent remediation wave was dispatched on 2026-09-05.

Read the RED as a schedule fact about the plan, not a judgement about the two people executing it.

Measured: abbi/abbi-admin-ui does not exist on canonical Gitea

The repository was reported as delivered, and downstream work was planned on that belief. It is not there. Measured 2026-09-06 with an authenticated API call against cloud Gitea 100.89.184.50:3300:

  • GET /api/v1/repos/abbi/abbi-admin-ui → HTTP 404.
  • /repos/search returns 5 repositories in total — abbi/abbi-infrastructure, abbi/abbi-docs, abbi/resolute-librechat, abbi-admin/resolute-collection-engine, resolute/resolute-infrastructure. Searches for “admin-ui”, “admin” and “abbi-admin” return zero hits.
  • The scaffold itself does exist and builds cleanly on Raj’s machine; the blocker is a Gitea credential his tier does not hold, not the code and not the network.
  • The N1 mirror 100.87.243.54:3300 refuses connection, so this could not be cross-checked against a second server. Filed separately.

Consequence: Anvita’s design-token file has nowhere to be committed, and every Week 2 build task lands in a repository that is not there.

One task’s status is genuinely unreconciled

“D1: Design data model for orgs, realms, users” is recorded as not started in the PM escalation state, while Raj posted it as DELIVERED on 2026-09-04 with a named artefact and reproducible SQL. Both are shown above rather than one being silently picked. Reconciling it is a Monday action, and the deliverable it names should be promoted off his machine either way.

What this page does not claim

  • Task completion is read from Asana. No task in this project is marked complete, so no percentage on this page is derived from partial credit — the bars are at zero because the counters are at zero.

Create abbi/abbi-admin-ui on canonical Gitea and issue Raj’s tier a credential for it. This is the single highest-leverage unblock: the scaffold is built and verified and takes about a minute to push, and every downstream build task needs somewhere to land. Owner: ABBI

Reconcile the data-model task and promote the artefact. Confirm whether it is delivered, and move DATA-MODEL-orgs-realms-users.md off Raj’s machine into the project record.
